Please Note: Application decisions are typically relayed within two months of the deadline. Applications submitted after April 15, 2026 will not be considered.

Before you attach your required documents, click “Save and Continue” at the bottom.
This will trigger an email with a link to complete your application.
Click on that link in your email to access your application and upload your documents.
Click submit

This budget should include a list of all images, the image source, and fees including the cost of book copies required by the image rights holder. The image files do not need to be included.

Publications which have previously been awarded Barr Ferree subvention do not require a letter from the press. All other applications for repro fees should include a letter from the press.
